My Students

Our school is a unique K-8 school in the rural California redwoods. Our students have the opportunity to learn and grow in a family style environment where they are given individual attention. Kids frequently collaborate on projects and activities across grade levels and develop deep bonds and lasting friendships. This is a high poverty area, so classroom supplies are difficult to purchase.

Music is a passion of many of our students, and they are eager to sing and play instruments!

My Project

Our band sheet music is currently being stored in numerous bulky file cabinets that take up a lot of space and cause crowding in our classroom. It's important we have a place to store our sheet music where it will be protected.

Our growing band needs room, and these compact file cabinets will provide enough floor space for our percussion players to spread out comfortably without being backed up to metal drawers.

We are in a portable classroom where floor space is a precious commodity, and these cabinets will help immensely! Thank you so much for your consideration and donation!
