My Students

My students come to school every day with curiosity in their eyes and the passion to learn. My students are a spectacular, enthusiastic group of kids. They embrace their own education and continue to impress me daily.

Third grade is an important grade, and I love to watch my students learn the many new concepts and grow from the challenges they encounter.

My school will be Title I Tier II this next school year. Right now the students at my school are able to receive free breakfast and lunch. Our students come from diverse backgrounds and different home lives, too. They deserve the best, and I intend to give it to them.

My Project

Help us purchase headphones for the classroom. My 21st-century students love the ability to incorporate the use of technology to enhance their learning. From blended learning programs, in-class research projects, to interactive and engaging math games, my students love when they are able to work in the computer center.

With new headphones, students will be able to work quietly without others being disrupted.

Currently, students use in-ear earbuds. Unfortunately, they fall out of their tiny ears and easily break. They also don't provide enough outside noise cancelation. With over the ear headphones, students will be less distracted and more efficient while working.
