This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I need manipulatives to help engage my students to make their learning fun! By using magnetic wands and letter kits, we will be able to practice stretching out our sounds to spell common consonant, vowel, consonant (CVC) words. The manipulatives will give my students concrete tools to help them see it and build it with blue letters for consonants and red letters for vowels. My students will feel like they are playing, but really learning by utilizing these engaging activities. They will help my students recognize letters, learn to spell, and more.
