Help me give my students storage options for our manipulatives and Kleenex before flu season starts!

My Project

My kids are a very diverse group of little learners. I love their excitement upon entering the classroom. "What are we making today?" is absolute music to my ears! Many of my kids have been exposed to violence and trauma in their daily lives. School is a safe escape from some pretty harsh realities. In my class, they are just kids, and kids LOVE building toys!

The storage bins will allow us to organize our building toys and puzzles.

I have tried to stress the importance of taking care of our things. The kids are responsible for picking them up and putting them away. The addition of two new toys will allow us a to have a little more variety on our Fun Fridays.

As a specials teacher, I don't get the same supplies that the Gen Ed teachers do. Kleenex is so important and it all goes to the homeroom teachers. Believe it or not, kids sneeze in art too!
