Someone Stole My Students' Snacks!

Help me give my students snacks to replenish the ones that were stolen from our classroom by staff members and a camera to prevent further thefts!

My Project

My students have been so lucky to have generous donors give to our projects providing them with snacks such as pretzels, goldfish, protein bars, and much more! With our last funded project, we received hot cocoa packets as well as fruit leathers which the kids love so much.

To my dismay, a staff member who has a key came after hours and stole from our locked supply room taking half of the hot cocoa packets and half of the fruit leathers from our last DonorsChoose project!

The packages arrived on a Friday and when I returned to school on Wednesday the boxes were opened.

This is not the first time that items have been stolen from our classroom and supply room. It is extremely disheartening and I would love to be able to talk to the person who is stealing from us and let them know that all they have to do is ask or leave a note if they need something. Having a camera with a motion detector would help us with our situation.
