My Students

Aloha!

I am honored to be the Kumu of an excellent elementary class here on the island.

This 3rd Grade Class is special because my students are primarily military children. Military children are the best! They are resilient and persevere through adversity. Therefore, they deserve the best I can provide them with. I am seeking a few items to help ensure these students are receiving the best education possible. These items will help the students move about the campus and work together.

My Project

Students love to dance and sign! What a better way to learn than to use Flocabulary and the students can do both. Shootz, I even get some of the lyrics stuck in my head all day. Students can learn about all subjects through Flocabulary!

What is Flocabulary?

Flocabulary is a learning program for all grades that uses educational hip-hop music to engage students and increase achievement across the curriculum. Teachers at 20,000 schools use Flocabulary’s standards-based videos, instructional activities and student creativity tools to supplement instruction and develop core literacy skills. -www.flocabulary.com

In addition I have added some markers... one they were on sale, and two we are always in need of markers. Art is very important to students and I wish to enhance their creativity.
