Social Workin’ with Students

Help me give my students the tools and resources they need to learn about social skills, mental health, emotion regulation and get through difficult times. These resources will allow me to create a safe space for students.

My Project

These items like books, fidgets and calming strips will be used as essential tools to help students feel their best or get through difficult periods of their lives.

Having the right resources helps me to better support students in their learning environment.

They will be able to dive into social-emotional learning and expand on valuable life skills.

As a school social worker, I may be working with students impacted by trauma, students with special needs, students who benefit from IEP/504 counseling, and supporting students in crisis.
