My Project

As a School Adjustment Counselor, I have witnessed many students who are experiencing mental health concerns benefit from different resources available to them in the Guidance Department. These books would assist students in being able to reduce anxiety and explore their social emotional concerns through positive, safe outlets. These tools would assist them in understanding methods to to cope and help themselves in the future, ultimately assisting them in becoming more successful high school students, as well as future college students, professionals, and citizens who are able to be resilient and productive.
