Help me give my students an SEL outdoor emotion regulation experience they will use for life with a bluetooth voice amplifier and guided meditations.

My Project

Social emotional learning (SEL) is the way children and adults acquire knowledge and skills that impact their ability to manage emotions, manage behaviors, and set and achieve goals. Integrating SEL strategies can support instruction and have a positive impact on academic achievement.

Social-emotional learning (SEL) describes the mindsets, skills, attitudes, and feelings that help students succeed in school, career, and life.

SEL focuses on students' fundamental needs for motivation, social connectedness, and self-regulation as prerequisites for learning.

The outdoor classroom consists of individual towels for student use, detergent to keep them clean, and laundry bags to help me transport between class and outdoors. These items have already been donated. Still needed is a portable speaker and microphone so that I can deliver guided instructions and play calming sounds for mindfulness activities.
