My Project

I am a emotional support teacher with Pittsburgh Public Schools. I work with students in grades 9-12 who need assistance navigating their emotions and reactions to situations. I work with two classroom therapists and we are looking for tools to help our students create a better understanding of their emotions and how they deal with emotional outbursts. I have found some great resources in workbooks and games that could be used with my students to create a more diverse knowledge of themselves and how to handle stressful situations.

My students need to help navigate their feelings and these activity work books and games will help give them real scenarios to figure out.
