My Project

Our Mindfulness program is the first Tier 2 Intervention in our whole school, and serves 10-20 underserved and higher-risk teenagers.

This program focuses on WHOLE CHILD WELL-BEING and helps students grow their social emotional intelligence.

The archetype cards are an easy access way for students to identify what they are feeling, what they need, and what they want to see growth in in their lives. We use these cards along with collage journaling as a warm-up for every class. Right now, we only have two decks so students have to share and it doesn't work very well because they can't spend time reading about the cards before they have to pass them on to the next student.

By donating to our project, you are investing in the well-being of students who have been historically marginalized and underserved by our academic system. Your donation helps with academic achievement, social justice, as well as social emotional awareness and resiliency.
