My Project

What a roller coaster the past couple of years have been! The students I currently serve were in first grade when we initially went into lockdown. Between lockdown, virtual learning, and an endless amount of quarantine experience, these students have persevered! They are now 3rd graders who have overcome so much.

One major change that has happened, is the lack of up-to-date classroom technology, which is crucial for these younger students to utilize.

Students are expected to learn and take standardized assessments using digital platforms, yet technology availability for the classroom has dwindled.

I want to be able to provide my students with information utilizing a variety of technology sources. I want to provide the students with video instruction. I want to provide the students with overhead projection. I want my students to be able to create videos about what they have learned. I want to provide my students an engaging and active learning experience. This tool will help me do that.

Providing students the ability to utilize Visual, Auditory, and Kinesthetic learning takes the processing beyond just paper and pencil. Having this camera will allow all of those connections to take place! I can't wait to use it with them!!
