Help me give my students who are hungry in the afternoon an option for a snack so they can feel more productive and comfortable to finish the school day.

My Project

Students learn best and are more apt to be focused when they are not hungry. I find that by mid-afternoon students are hungry.

By providing an option for a snack in the mid-afternoon, students have a better chance to finish their school day strong while others who stay after school will be successful with their chosen activity and enjoy themselves.

Many students extend their school day with after school activities - enrichment, academic support, or sports. Students who are involved and participate in activities such as these are more likely to be successful with other parts of the school day.

Students who are involved are more likely to be better citizens of the school and community.
