My Project

Many of my students come from low-income families. Our school was given a grant last year for afternoon snacks. Sadly, this year we did not receive that grant. The students were asked to bring their own snacks from home.

About half of my class does not have a snack to bring every day.

I have been purchasing snacks for those students since the beginning of the year. I am asking for your generosity to lower the burden on me. It is a proven fact that students will learn better when their bellies are full! This will help our class have snacks through the end of the year. Thank you!
