My Project

Having a four day school week benefits students in many ways but one downfall is the length of each individual school day. Students have to go longer periods of time between eating than with a traditional school day.

Having snacks available in the classroom helps to keep hunger at bay and allows the students to maintain focus on the lesson.

Basic needs must be met before any learning can occur. Students must not be hungry in order to focus on what is being taught and stay engaged in the lesson.
