This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

My students eat lunch really early and by the afternoon are super hungry! I have been purchasing snacks for them, but with more students enrolling by the week, it is getting expensive. This project will help me to ensure I can give my students an afternoon snack so that we can enjoy learning in the afternoons!

Many of my kiddos are so hungry in the afternoons that they cry and I sometimes give them my own lunch to ensure that their bellies are full.

This project will help me to make snack time happen every day!
