My Project

Students learn best when they have less worries. Food insecurity can really affect a student's ability to focus and learn to their fullest potential. Often times students forget snacks, or are just unable to bring one to school. Having snacks available at school will relieve this worry and allow for students to put their best foot forward and learn in the classroom.

Fed children are happy children!

When you're hungry, it's hard to focus on anything and this is something that I want to take out of the equation for my students.

Working in a low income area, and being a Title I school, this project will allow for one less thing for both parents and children to stress about.
