This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Too often the snacks I buy are my students only meal at school. Our kids are sleepy and hungry most days.

We assess students on state interims, PSAT or diagnostics almost monthly.

Our kids do not look forward to test days. I find when I can ensure snacks, it makes the process much more digestible for everyone.

Having the resources to always ensure a healthy snack on testing days can help increase engagement and reduce teenager sleepiness. Help give my kids the basic essentials that they enjoy. If they win, we all win.
