This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Tutoring starts at 7 a.m. before the students receive breakfast. If they arrive hungry it's important they know that there is a choice and something waiting for them.

To support our Montessori environment, I want to create a space where they have the liberty to grab something as if they were in their own home.

These students are making a huge sacrifice to wake up early because they have the desire to learn more. Help me make sure they can focus on learning and not rumbling tummies. A sticker or two always puts a smile on as well.
