My Project

I teach at a Title I school in Jackson, MS. Most of my students come from low-income families and/or poverty stricken homes. When you teach kids that come from those circumstances, it is super important to make sure their basic needs are met first. That includes not only teaching them the content, but making sure they are not hungry, have clean clothes, and other basic needs.

I want to keep my students excited about learning, motivated, and rejuvenated at school.

Help me to keep them energized with snacks and small gifts to use as a reward for learning. Help me give my students snacks to have when they are hungry as well as to use as incentives.
