Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

Using a foundation of academic knowledge and global-mindedness, each student will create a life of possibilities and contribute to a more peaceful and just society.

My kids are inquisitive problem-solvers.

They love to come together as a community to discuss everything from animals to human innovation over time. We will ignite a movement to create a better world. We will transform our educational system by becoming an incubator of innovation.

My Project

Every day my students come in from recess. They have worked hard all day. They need nutritious fuel to continue the rest of the day.

I know that when I have had enough to eat, I work my best.

I don't like the fact that some of my students can bring snacks every day and some can't. I also want to give my students the opportunity to take a snack home to have after school too, so this project would do that too!

We are facing a time when a lot is up in the air. Food is a necessity and I hope this little boost will give them a little bit of comfort!
