My Students

I have a wonderful group of hands-on first graders. They are active and love learning.

We are a Title One school which means we have a large percentage of free or reduced price lunch students.

My students love to create, make and show their learning. My students need twenty-first century skills to help prepare them for the technological world. They need to be able to be creative and think outside the box with technology. They come in everyday ready to learn and excited for the day.

My Project

My students love to show off their work and their thinking to each! This will give them an exciting way to show their work so that all students can be engaged and see their thinking as they work. The document camera is a great way for them to use technology to show their work. It keeps students engaged because they can all see the work through the camera. It will give my students 21st century skills and help to grow their technology skills. We can also see a live close up as we do experiments with science as well! This will give them a birds eye view!
