Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students this school year are eager to learn new topics. With advanced technology students will be more ready for their futures in college or careers. My students are transitioning from elementary school to middle school, where they should be able to explore fun topics and connect with media. The internet is a great tool for engaging students and interacting with one another.

My students are in the sixth grade and ready for futures in technology.

These students integrate technology in their presentations and share their learning with the entire class.

My Project

Students will be able to use the Smart TV to sync their presentations to the class. We can also use the Smart TV display for other Google slide lessons created by the teacher. Having a Smart TV will make class more exciting when demonstrating learning or watching videos.

Smart TV's make learning more interactive, promote socialization, and connect students to media which helps engage 21st century learners.

Students will be more engaged and excited to learn. The Smart TV's are new strategies for teaching in a traditional classroom setting. Additionally, students will be more prepared for entering college or careers, which link technology as a primary resource today.
