Help me give my students the supplies to be clean and healthy. i have requested cleaning products and washing detergent for my students. i have requested mostly organic products because some of my students have allergies.
This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Students
I love my students because even though the odds are stacked against them, they never give up. I work in the worst area code, economically, in Tennessee. My kids not only have major financial issues, they also have a lot of issues as far as ADHD and other mental/health issues. Even though most people count them out because of where they live and how they are able to learn, I never give up on them because they never give up on themselves. They inspire me more than they will ever know. I want to make their learning environment as comfortable as I can. I want to make school a place they can learn, be comfortable, and be successful because they do not get that home.
My Project
These materials will make a difference for my students because it will keep my kids germ free and our classroom clean. Spring season is coming and it also brings spring allergies and diseases. i have requested laundry detergent because sometimes I wash my students clothes, the ones that do not have that luxury. It allows them to be clean just like the other students. i love my kids and I do not want them to miss school because they become sick. The more they are in school, the more they learn. my project is much more than cleaning supplies. Thank you so much.
