My Students
More than half of my students come from low income households and face many challenges in and out of the classroom. With this in mind, I try to implement as many engaging lessons as I can. Each learning experience gives them the necessary skills they can use throughout their lives to face and overcome such challenges.
They are given multiple opportunites during the day to be engaged.
I want to continue to inspire my students and help them see and create a successful future.
My Project
My students work often in small groups. This allows me as a teacher to help students with specific skills they are struggling or excelling with. Having this whiteboard will allow me to create a more complete small group work space. It will allow me to deliver lessons much more in depth. Students will use the whiteboard to show their understanding of concepts and explaining their thinking. It will help me to help students collaborate on projects by having a space for them to write together. This whiteboard mounted on my wall will help me to show a small group a new concept or new lesson we are learning.
