Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

It has been proven that small group instruction works wonders! My students have centers while I pull for small groups to work with scholars based on where they are at and what they need extra assistance with.

While I pull for my small groups I have centers in which my students practice already learned skills that just need a little more practice.

I like to make my centers fun so the scholars work harder and have more motivation to work in the small group they are assigned to. My small groups will include a unicorn telling time game that needs pop its, Junie B Jones books for independent reading because they are at my scholars level of reading, dice and dominoes for adding, subtracting and multiplication games. The bingo will be use to strengthen their reading skills and the Jenga blocks will be used as a math enhancer. With this being said all these supplies would help strengthen my scholars skills!
