Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

This school year we have been blessing with a group of 945 bilingual and monolingual students from pre-kinder to 5th grade; we are working in a team with 70 teachers sharing responsibilities and learning.

Our campus has a mobility of 80% and free lunch for almost the 90% of our students.

With your help our students will be ready and thankful to start this new journey, the school year is already full of joy and meaningful activities; they just need a little push to be ready and active involved in the classroom.

My Project

Small group instruction is a MUST in every classroom, however a lot of teachers do not have enough supplies to address it properly, I am writing in support of 20 teachers from my campus who will be receiving your help in order to deliver a comprehensive small group lesson.

The easels will help the teachers to get focus on the points their students need most; teachers will model and re-teach in order to have their students ready to work independently.

With your help our students will be ready to develop all the skills they need and will make them successful in this 21st century learning environment.
