Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

As students take higher-level math courses, they explore more concepts, learn to apply them, and start connecting mathematics to other science courses and technology. Our school is a Title I school, which means a majority of our students come from low, socio-economic backgrounds.

Due to state and school budget problems, my students and I do not have access to enough supplies to meet our educational needs.

My students are a very diverse group of kids who are truly eager to learn but lack the necessary materials.

My Project

We need an adjustable table and an organizer. The table I am requesting will be used for our new document camera. The table will be put in an appropriate location of the room to allow the document camera to project information onto the screen.

The adjustable table will also house the acrylic organizer for materials that will be used to hold supplies for my students.

The table and organizer are needed to make our classroom more functional daily.
