I have the privilege of teaching students in every grade level in my school. Through my technology lab, we use technology in a way that enhances the curriculum and allows students hands-on application.
My students are filled with energy and are so hungry to learn.
They come into my Tech Lab in great anticipation to discover the great things that we will work on! They soak in information and get so excited about knowledge. I teach in a Title I school which contains low income families. Every student in my school receives free breakfast and lunch. I take each opportunity to provide my students with the best experiences possible.
My Project
Slime is all the rage right now! It is a great way to get kids interested in Science. I want to have these materials for the 3rd grade Matter Unit in the Science curriculum. These materials would allow each student to create slime to play with and take home. As we are creating the slime, we would discuss the states of matter. In their regular class they will complete a slime writing activity. After taking the writing through the writing process, students will use Google Docs or Google Slides to publish their writing. This is a great opportunity and will be a great experience for my 3rd graders!
