Help me give my students essential skills for emerging into adulthood, including having a clean environment, understanding and regulating emotions, and identifying healthy coping skills.

My Project

Life skills are important for students to learn as they become young adults and emerge into independency. These materials will help students learn about and identify different coping strategies for difficulties they encounter such as maintaining focus, prioritizing, and procrastinating. The materials will also help students understand the importance of regulating their emotions. Lastly, the materials will help create a serene environment where the students can feel safe and motivated to learn skills that will benefit them when emerging into adulthood. The diffuser will help create a relaxing environment for the students as they engage in a difficult process of analyzing their emotions.
