My students need chromebooks to explore the scientific method and do research to better understand different types of energy, the structures of living organisms and keep up to date on current events.

My Students

My students are energetic, fun-loving, and knowledgeable despite the many obstacles they face. Living in a rural, impoverished community might set some students back, but this group of kids thrive despite obstacles they are faced with.

More than half of my students are from low-income households.

They don't have a lot, but they have an incredible love of learning. I work hard to prove to my students that anyone can be successful in life if they work hard and always give their all.

My Project

My students need chromebooks to gain a better understanding of the scientific method and do research on topics such as living organisms, forms of energy, weathering, force and motion and current events. These chromebooks will allow my students to take their learning into their own hands. My students are hard workers and love to learn. Science is something that they get excited about and need to gain more knowledge in this subject to be prepared for the future. These chromebooks will allow my students to learn about current events by going to news websites and finding one local article and one national article.
