Help me give my students comfortable, height-adjustable stools better suited for working at a high computer table and buckwheat cushions for working on the floor.
We are a public Montessori intermediate class of fourth, fifth, and sixth year students who stay with the same teacher for three years. We are culturally and socioeconomically diversely comprised of neighborhood and lottery students from all over town. We are truly a community of learners!

You will see students working individually, in pairs, and in small groups throughout the room and even a few in the hall outside our classroom.
Students work in core and cultural subjects daily, but they choose when in the day to do each subject. Choosing their own work and work space is what encourages their engaged learning. Throughout the day, students are also learning social skills, time management skills, independence, and how to challenge themselves.
My Project
Currently, my students are working on single-height, backless, metal stools while doing computer work. The stools are not adequately sized for each student at the computer work station. Students are beginning to complain they don't want to work there because after a little while, their backs begin to hurt. We use the computer area for research, keyboarding, learning interventions, and as an optional seating area in the classroom.
We are not a one size fits all class!
Students in our class of 9-12 year olds range from 4' 7" to 5' 7" in height. (We measured!) These SUPERJARE adjustable-height stools will meet the needs from my shortest to tallest students.
