My students need 4 wobble chairs as students learn differently. Where some students prefer to sit at a regular desk, others prefer to sit on a stool, on a carpet square, or even on the floor.

My Students

My classroom is comprised of a diverse group of students. Although each is different in many ways, I find that they learn best when given a choice on where to sit. Many students choose to move to the carpet while others will stand at a tall table or sit on a stool. The students are individuals and where they sit should be differentiated to fit their needs. Wobble chairs would be a nice fit in our room with so many diverse needs.

My Project

The wobble seats are a safe flexible seating option for all students. While some students prefer the regular desk and chair, there are many students that cannot learn in that seating fashion. Not only do the wobble seats give students choice in how they learn, they also help avoid distractions found in a classroom from students who typically fidget or move about.

The wobble seats allow students the ability to move without distracting themselves or others.

These seats twist, bounce, and rock for those that need the sensory stimulation while learning. The movement can help keep the students' brain focused and therefore, allow the student to stay engaged in the learning and discussion.
