My students are eager learners who love to sing and move. Students enjoy subscriptions and programs that enable them to get up and move through song and dance. These moments offer them opportunities for brain breaks, socialization, and artistic expression.
I would like the opportunity to give my students a renewed Flocabulary subscription to enhance learning.
This engaging subscription offers vocabulary building and skill reinforcement through songs, videos, and other activities.
Our elementary school is a rural Title I school, with greater than 50% of students receiving free or reduced-rate lunch. My students would greatly benefit from this donation. More than a third of my students participate in the weekly Backpack Buddy program which provides food for them to take home on the weekends.
My Project
With a renewed Flocabulary subscription, my students will be able to experience enhanced learning through song, dance, and skill-specific videos. Flocabulary aids in building vocabulary and reinforcing grade-specific skills through catchy songs. Repetition of these videos and songs reinforces learning and helps students commit content to long-term memory.

These moments create positive socialization, needed brain breaks, and movement opportunities. All the while, students are learning math facts, reading skills, exploring historical events, and understanding scientific processes from Flocabulary's rich collection of songs and videos. When Flocabulary is used as an introduction to a lesson or used for spiral review, students are excited and enthusiastic about learning.
