My Students

Help us SING A SONG with amazing sound quality! I want to give my students a quality music education that would allow them to perform with equipment that helps support them in class and on stage.

My students consist of young adults who are between the ages of 12-14 in grades 6, 7, and 8.

My school has kids who, despite their challenges at home, try their best at school. 70% of the students at my school receive free or reduced-price lunch. They are like "diamonds in the rough." Some of them may not look beautiful on the outside, but give them a chance to shine and they will!

My Project

The quality of sound using the Spark condenser microphone would be superior! It would be used to record students for in-class assessments, solos, group work and concerts. Better yet, a condenser microphone would allow singers to be somewhat near the mic and still be heard. It's difficult for students to sing in front of their peers. Many regular solo mics cause you to be in close proximity to be heard, which can make them intimidating to use.

I know with this microphone it will add a "spark" to their performances and improve the overall quality of solos, group sound, and recordings.

With little to no music funds available, this would allow us to have equipment shared and enjoyed by all. I'm excited to hear them shine!
