Our school is a Title I school which means we have a high percentage of students who live in poverty. 93% of our students qualify to receive free or reduced lunches. Despite this, our students are eager and ready to learn every day.
Our school practices teaching the students The 7 Habits of Sean Covey.
Our students live these habits faithfully and are great examples of leaders. We have had many student success stories out of the past few years because of their hard work and dedication.
Students need these basic supplies to keep learning engaging. The white and colored cardstock will help me create simple centers based on focused learning of the week. The cardstock is also used for projects such as creating student clocks when we are learning about time. It gives the students some hands-on engagement while learning.
The reusable dry erase pockets will be used during writing or math practice times.
The ability to write on and wipe off saves us on paper copies because teachers have a very limited copy supply.
