My Students

I have a great group of kids this year! Each student has their own unique strengths and weaknesses. To address this wide variety of needs, we do a lot of differentiated instruction.

This year, the kids are using iPads to work on a variety of applications that deal with differentiated instruction.

Some of the apps we use include Study Island, Reflex Math, eSpark, MAP testing, and more. The kids really get a kick out of the way each program presents information.

My Project

My third grade students use iPads to work on learning programs such as eSpark, Study Island, Reflex Math and more. While these programs provide great learning opportunities for the child using the tablet, they can be a big distraction to the other children who are trying to do work on some other type of work.

Wireless headphones would allow my students to continue to receive differentiated instruction via the iPad without distracting the other children from their work.

The wireless option will benefit the children because it eliminates the cord (which is typically goes bad with normal headphones rendering them useless).
