My Students

Students need creative ways to practice learning their letters and sight words. These are vital skills that they need to be successful!

The demographics in my school have changed dramatically over the past few years.

While my school is in a more affluent area, many families have recently faced foreclosures in their homes and parents can no longer afford to be as generous in our classrooms as they once were. It is so important for Kindergarten students to know that learning can be fun, especially in their first real year in school.

My Project

These Magna doodles will ignite a love of learning for my students. They will make a mundane chore like writing their letters fun and exciting! It will also help them to learn their sight words which will make them successful for the rest of their educational careers!

This project is so important to our class.

I want my students to WANT to practice writing their letters and sight words because they are having FUN doing it! Learning is so much more exciting when it is fun! I'm sure there was a task you were asked to do in your educational career that you WISH your teacher had made more FUN! Be the maker of FUN for my Kindergarten students! They will NEVER forget it!
