This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

My 4th grade students are in a world of wonderment and challenges. They are at the age of real world enlightenment. They need access to technology which will expand their world and create memories that will shape their lives.

The students attend school in the inner city of Ohio.

They are enthusiastic to learn about the world, by being extremely inquisitive. They strive to know more than the day before. Their drive is evident as each day passes. It is my pleasure to teach this group of students.

My Project

I am requesting a printer for our classroom. I want all the fine work we do in class to be seen as a living testimonial to our commitment to education. Printing the finished work we produce will showcase my students' hard work and efforts. They will have the opportunity to see their efforts realized for years to come.

The printer will help my students grow in confidence with self expression and pride.

We will use the printer to create portfolios which reflect the direction of my instruction and student learning. Your generous donation will help our continuous quest to be life long learners.
