Walking into my classroom each day feels like the excitement of the first day of school every day! My students arrive each morning with excitement and anticipation about the learning they are going to do !
As new middle school students in a class with a new middle school teacher, we are together embarking on new experiences together!
Each child in my classroom absolutely loves learning, although the method and environment in which they learn best vary greatly. We incorporate a variety of learning strategies, group work, and alternative seating and learning options to ensure that each student's needs are met, right where they are!
My Project
My wonderfully diverse students learn in a variety of ways. Using a document camera to show and teach my students how to highlight and annotate text is a skill these middle schoolers will use throughout their lives. Having a document camera helps to facilitate this learning strategy for them.
By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student attention and focus, you will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement.
Using visual presentations of materials during whole class and small group learning periods would benefit all types of learners in my classroom. Fostering a classroom community where all different learning styles is celebrated results in my classroom where all CHILDREN are celebrated!
