My Students

Our school has approximately 1,100 students in grades 9th through 12th. and is the 40th largest public high school in Wisconsin and the 3,722nd largest in the United States.

Our students are enthusiastic and enjoy being involved in their education and especially enjoy hands-on activities and connections to the world outside of school.

Approximately 72% of our students are on free and reduced lunch assistance which is significantly higher than the state average of 35.4%.

My Project

Not only will I, as teacher be able to show students images, students will be able to share and teach their fellow classmates using the Elmo. I believe that students learn best when they do it interactively as they are going to learn lifelong skills of communication that will take them far, not only in the classroom, but also when they go out into the workforce and when in the city and community that they live in. Today's students need to learn to communicate in person, live with other people.
