My Students

My students are bright learners! I teach at a Title I school where the children receive free breakfast and free lunch every single day. Many of the children come to school not getting enough sleep and not getting and/or having enough food on the table at home.

I am a kindergarten teacher and it is my job to provide a safe learning environment for all of my students.

It's not my students' fault for the budget cuts in our state! I want to make sure that my students have the best materials possible.

My Project

In Kindergarten, children are learning to develop their fine motor skills Having the appropriate materials to do that will make all the difference in the world. The dough will help the students make shapes, letters, and numbers in the beginning stages of writing.

The dough is scented to provide fun for my kindergarten students.

The tools are added so they can use them to make different shapes and sizes. These are very important for my students because they will learn to manipulate the tools and learn to make different shapes. I hope that donors will see how important this project is to my kindergarten students and to their fine motor skills.
