My Students
I always have an awesome group of eager learners each year. They are full of energy and they are super proud to have entered the first grade! Many of these students are attending the same school that their parents (and grandparents) attended. We live in a close community that is proud of our school system and as a community we want to see our students succeed. Our school district has a high number of free & reduced lunches and we participate in the brownbag program that allows a number of students food for weekend consumption.
First Graders are active learners and I want them to have what they need to do their best learning and to succeed in first grade!
These students love being a part of a class family and interacting with their classmates daily. I want to be able to get the resources needed for my students to make sure they enjoy learning and have a successful first grade year..
My Project
Home and school communication is a very important part of every classroom. Parents like to be kept in the loop when it comes to their student's school work. Backpacks are meant for getting information & supplies to and from school but folders take a beating and often need repaired and replaced over the course of the school year!
I would love to have strong, rugged folders for my students to keep in their backpacks that don't have to be taped and repaired to get through the year!
These folders are durable, long lasting, and great for year-long classroom communication needs!
