My Project

My students are the most wonderful group of fifteen three and four year olds someone could ever meet. They are smart, curious, inquisitive, engaged, and loving. They are the biggest love bugs I have ever had the privilege of teaching. They receive varying services from speech, occupational, and physical therapies. Despite their individual challenges, they thrive.

My students are willing and eager to learn despite their small ages.

They seek challenges and don't give up when met with a task too challenging. They are always adapting to new ways to play and learn with each other. With small children comes big responsibility and patience but in the end their smiles are what make it all worthwhile.

These materials would help our classroom community build curiosity, empathy, and imagination. We are looking to build and enhance literacy, math, and writing skills through a colorful and fun way. A light table allows our kiddos to explore all areas of their education in a bright interactive way. The gentle lighting of the table allows a less harsh environment for our youngest learners.

Building empathy with our young learners provides stronger relationships and a sense of security. We seek to provide our students with colorful and engaging materials that are interesting and captivating in order to best engage our students on their road of education.
