My Students

We have 20 wonderful children that are eager to learn. Most of our children have come from at risk and low income families. We want to make sure the children and families are provided with the materials they need to succeed this includes a place they can feel safe and secure. This is the first time that most of the children have been in a learning environment. They are learning social, emotional, physical and cognitive skills that will last a lifetime.

My Project

This will make for a smoother transition for the children before and after nap time. Many of our children cannot afford to provide sheets or blankets for their child. These sheets will also save space in the learning environment . Sheets on cots help make nap time a more safe and secure place for children sleep. It has been proven to make children feel more like they are at home than sleeping on just a cot or towel. This will also allow children to be self-sufficient in meeting their own needs because they will be able to put these sheets on their own cots. Please help our children!
