Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

I teach second grade in an area where parents don't even have the money to supply their children with pencils and a pencil sharpener. Each day, I supply children with pencils and a helper sharpens the pencils using the electric sharpener which I purchased with my own money. I have already gone through 2 electric pencil sharpeners, and it is only the third week of school! My class and I would benefit from the Boston Pro pencil sharpener. I think that it could stand up to the constant usage by my children. The Boston Pro is fast and rugged. We really need this addition to our classroom. Please help my children be ready to write, every day! Thank you!
