As a teacher in a Title I school, my students are faced with challenges both in and out of the classroom. Despite the many challenges they face, I am looking to keep things simple and provide my students with creative and meaningful learning experiences.
They like to move, they love to read, and they love lots of positive attention.
From the minute they walk in the door of my classroom, I focus on their potential and growth, educationally and mentally. By doing this in a creative and positive way, I am hoping to inspire our deserving learners to continue on a path of academic excellence.
My Project
My students need whisper phones and center signs to help make our ELA centers a breeze. A center set up classroom is our goal and we could put the supplies, such as a lazy susan to organize our tasks, sharpie pens to label our center tubs, and binder clips to keep it all organized and together, to great use.
Organization in the initial set up of centers is KEY!
I have 3 classes a day of 30, 28, and 27, so getting tasks done is a timely manner while pulling small group is not always easy. If we teach our students in the start to be organized, centers make multiple tasks at one time possible and successful.
