My Project

I work with students individually and in groups. We discuss and work on social skills, coping skills, mindfulness, and developing a growth mindset. (And sometimes I just act as a listening ear for kids who just need that extra support!) Some of them come to me with a lot of anxiety, worry, anger, frustration, impulsiveness, sadness, and overwhelm. They have been through so much the last few years like we all have. They deserve to be heard and cared for! The materials I have requested will be used in these group and individual settings to teach them tools they will use all their life... while also letting them know that they are never alone!
