Help me give my students the ability to serve others. My class will be starting our own coffee/water cart for our faculty and staff. These items will help to get the cart started.
My students are amazing. They are eager to learn and soak up everything I give them. My students come from diverse backgrounds and everyone brings something unique to our classroom. They love exploring new ideas and new ways of thinking about things. They are always happy and they always challenge me to be a better teacher.
My students are hard workers and work daily towards their goals of being the best they can be no matter the challenges they face.
They give their all in everything they do, in and out of the classroom.
My Project
This school year, I would like to encourage my students to be leaders in our school community. The materials we are requesting will give my students the opportunity to interact and engage with the faculty and staff in our school. The children will be given an opportunity to have a huge responsibility in providing a service for the faculty and staff. My class will participate in the entire process of starting a business and providing a service. We will be providing a coffee/beverage service for the staff. The children will be responsible for making the coffee, as well as delivering the coffee to the customer. Our coffee cart will help with many different skills such as: responsibility, social skills, organization, leadership, and mathematics.
