My Students

My students are inquisitive, fun-loving, respectful, kind, and responsible children. They love to learn and to show what they know. They are active participants in their education. They live up to the high expectations I set for showing their personal best.

My students collaborate with their peers; they work together to do great things.

They truly love to learn and to share their knowledge with others. They make learning and teaching fun! They go above and beyond every single day. They deserve every opportunity I can provide for them.

My Project

Our school is hosting our fourth annual St. Baldrick's event. This event is held in memory of a former student who passed away due to cancer. Her impact is still very much evident in our school and community.

In April, we will host a Saint Baldrick's shaving event.

We will have several students shaving to raise awareness for the organization. We will also hold a carnival during the event. This year, the event theme will be camping under the stars.

The prize items will be used with the carnival games and include these requested erasers, bouncing balls, buttons, stampers and bracelets. Our students are heavily involved in the event. In addition to shaving, many will volunteer in various areas of the event. They will be involved in fundraising before the event. Student council will get the opportunity to help set up and get some experience in community service. It is a great experience for our students and our community.
